Before we begin, we’ll schedule a free, 30-minute introductory call to get to know each other and to discuss the kind of coaching support that’s right for you. 

The 1-hour Coaching session is a flexible option for when you want to work on a specific issue or try out the coaching process.

The 6-hour Coaching Package is ideal for deepening the process with continuity and focus. Valid for 3 months.

For Business Coaching Workshops: depending on the Workshop location, travelling costs may be charged additionally. All costs will be discussed transparently in advance.

All sessions are fully confidential and can take place online or in person in Mainz, Germany, or any location you wish. 

Booking & Payment:

All coaching is paid in advance.

Appointments may be scheduled through my online calendar, by Email, Whatsapp or simply by telephone. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
