There’s a reason you smoke - Let’s start there
People do not smoke just for taste, and vaping is rarely only about appearance. A cigarette, vape, or joint is usually linked to something personal: stress, anxiety, loneliness, habit, or the need for a short pause.
Over time, smoking becomes more than a routine. It becomes part of how tension is managed.
Nicotine changes how the brain responds, creating short moments of relief, focus, or calm through dopamine release.
But the cycle returns quickly: stress, smoking, relief — and then the need again.
That is why stopping can feel difficult. It is not only a behaviour being removed, but something the brain has learned to rely on.
The first step isn’t quitting — it’s understanding
Many people try to stop without first asking:
Why do I smoke?
What does it give me?
What would make me genuinely ready to stop?
Without these answers, stopping often feels like loss.
Coaching begins with honesty: understanding what smoking currently does for you.
It is not about pressure, shame, or pure willpower. It begins with attention and awareness.
As Anna Lembke explains in Dopamine Nation, quick relief often weakens resilience over time.
Smoking gives relief, but it also keeps important discomfort untouched. Freedom begins when craving can be noticed without immediately following it.

COACHING THAT RESPECTS THE PROCESS
Coaching does not begin with rules or lectures. It begins with understanding.
Stopping usually happens when readiness becomes real. Coaching helps create that readiness. You begin to notice small changes: more control, clearer choices, a different relationship to craving.
This becomes your own proof that change is possible.
When the right moment comes, the larger step often feels less like sacrifice and more like alignment with the life you want.
That is where habit change becomes lasting: clarity, confidence and enough honesty to move differently.

Turning Point Coach
I work with you for your health, clarity, and conscious change.
I am a coach working with individuals, couples, families, and organisations – often at a point where something in life no longer works as it once did.
These moments can feel uncertain, but they also carry potential. I see them as turning points.
My approach begins with awareness—of your mental and physical wellbeing, your patterns, and the way you relate to the world around you. From there, we reflect honestly and move forward with clarity.
Rather than giving you a fixed system to follow, I support you in discovering your own way forward. Each step you take becomes your own proof of change—something real, something you experience for yourself. You own your process.
In my work with businesses, I support leaders, teams, and organisations who want to develop not only performance, but perspective. Because behind every structure, every decision, and every result—there are people. And that human layer is where meaningful change begins.
I coach across languages—English and German—and work with people from different cultural backgrounds and life experiences.

What my clients say
"Hassan helped me through a very difficult situation at work. I was dealing with a bullying boss and felt overwhelmed and unsure how to respond. He helped me gain clarity, understand what I could control, and set healthier boundaries. I came away stronger, more grounded, and much clearer in myself."
